I think you missed few steps (between standing with pressing soles to the floor and one foot back other - side knee bent)Also , is bent knee suppose to lose 90 degrees? I see on the picture that the knee goes further over the ankle, Thank you

Really enjoyed this article. Thank you - I have a very small patio garden but now I can bring something special to it.
For all our Western Province readers, there is a marvellous crystal shop in Phillidelphia about 50 kms from Cape Town. Really, worth a visit - it is a magic place.

Wonderful ...
I suffer with Bi-Polar and would love more than anything else to be relieved of this condition and more especially come off the medication ...
Is this possible by applying this technique?

It is encouraging to read about the benefits of yoga for Parkinson's. I have two women in their 70s with Parkinson in my senior class. They are very active and mobile. They do a jazzercise and zumba class for seniors along with my chair yoga and meditation class. They really find chair sun salutations and nadi shodhan pranayama very helpful and we do it in stages. Yoga Nidra is always popular and it seems to reduce the tremors though they do not go away. I also have them do moola bandha the best they can--just a simple contraction and relaxation. I am going to share your article with them! It helps for us to learn from another.

Thanks for the wonderful information. It would be great to read more about it. Any suggesstions on books for this topic?

Jeanne, not sure where you're from, but if you are looking for great raw crystals at a very reasonable price, there's an amazing shop (just one) in Magaliesburg. Check it out if you ever in the area.

Thank you!
