By Sri Ananda (www.vedicbooks.org)

An ideal starting point for a beginner yoga student wishing to deepen his or her knowledge, but an equally interesting read for the more advanced practitioner wishing to strengthen his or her foundations, this book is a fantastic “handbook” that deals particularly well with the curative values of asana and pranayama. It’s a near-encyclopaedia with indispensable wisdom, suitable to be read and re-read. Its key message – yoga does not contain any mysteries and is accessible to everyone.
