AUM BHRAHMAN SATYAM SWAMI SUNDARANI – Reality is the unity of Being and Becoming, time and eternity. It is quiet, harmonious and non-dual.
AUM SRI HARI AUM – God is the Supreme Love and saving Grace.
After you receive a mantra from a teacher or guru, fix it at the centre of your consciousness, and make it the pivot of your like. You constantly repeat it during meditation with intelligent attention to it’s deep significance. That is not all – during the rest of your waking hours, at odd times, walking along the street, riding in a lift, one lets the mantra flash through the consciousness and, the more power it collects, a source of strength, inspiration and protection against adverse and undivine, negative forces. It gradually builds around you an invisible and impenetrable spiritual armour.
Chant Aum Aum Aum – if one would be free, to extricate the soul from the tunnel of the transient into the transforming rhythmic universal dance of life, which is reflected in the creativity of nature, in the creational activities of art and, above all, in the beauty of life of the enlightened!
