Andrew Freedman’s Gaura Purnima Celebration Photo Blog
For decades Srila Maharaja has inspired and lead devotees in their performance of Navadvipa Dhama Parikrama.
It is believed that Sri Krishna himself appeared in this Navadvip dham and performed the pastime of delivering all souls indiscriminately and bestowing upon them the topmost blessing of pure spiritual love through the medium of the chanting of Hare-Krishna Mahamantra. The annual pilgramage to each of Navadvipas nine beautiful islands for the Gaura Purnima Celebration was glimpsed through the lense of Bhakti devotee, Andrew Freedman (Ananda Vardhan).
