Art of Living Festival – 1 November 2009, Zoo Lake, Johannesburg
The Art Of Living Festival held on Sunday the 1st November at the Zoo Lake was brimming with sun and good energy as the festival attracted streams of people from different walks of life, interested in spiritial awarness and exciting festival activities. With the wonderful array of natural health and healthy living stalls, festival goers were spoilt for choice with the delicious array of vegetarian food and refreshment stalls, fantastic entertainment including drumming, traditional Indian dance, Nia and Capoeira demonstartions, a yoga fashion show, a 60-minute Sun Salutation challenge and breath work sessions. And Complete Yoga was there to see it all! A fun and festive day -
thank goodness the rain held out for us!

Wow! What a great day it was! So many lovely demonstrations, activities and entertainment. So much great energy, I am sure that everyone there enjoyed it thoroughly!
