Good Night Sleep Secret

sleepThis is the technique:

  1. At night, before you go to sleep ask yourself: “What happened today that made me feel good?”
  2. Think about the answer until you re-live the good feelings, but don’t take longer than a few minutes. If you can’t feel the good feeling go back to stage one and choose another answer.
  3. Ask yourself “What is my favourite food?”
  4. Ask yourself “How does it feels when I eat it?” This should generate a nice visceral feeling.
  5. Ask yourself “What is my favourite place?”
  6. Ask yourself “How would it feel If I was there?” Allow yourself to feel the good feelings that this place evoques on you.
    With practice all the above should take under 1 minute.
    After the above sequence you should be in optimal state to go to sleep.
  7. Say something similar to this: ” I want to go to sleep, let my body relax and mind rest. I want to wake up fresh and alert and feeling really good”
    Repeat 3 times and just relax.
  8. When you wake up in the morning think of something pleasurable.

This techique is very powerful and practical. You will be amazed with the results after a few days of practice.
